Dear Customer,
before forwarding a refund request, please verify that no more than 14 days have passed from the delivery date, that the products were not used nor damaged and that all tags are still intact.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The process to make a return is very simple:


Fill out the request form available in this page, stating which article/s you wish to return. You will need the order number (found in the confirmation email sent at purchase) and the email address used to make the order.
Kindly wait for the approval of you return request.

Remember to specify your order number and the reason for the return in the message field


If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with a link to easily program the return shipment. Through the link, you may choose the time and place for the pick-up of the shipment. Please print the label and apply it on the box.
Deliver personally the box to the assigned DHL courier.
Within maximum 14 working days, you will receive a notice by our Customer Care with the recredit of your payment.
